Policies
By registering for an ArtWaves program, you agree to the following policies.
General Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change and aim to offer a policy that is fair to participants while allowing us to plan effectively and support our instructors.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the start of a class or event will receive a full refund in the form of ArtWaves credit.

Refunds are issued as credit only and are not available as cash or check. Credits may be applied to any future ArtWaves class or event.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.

Children’s Summer Program Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change and aim to offer a policy that is both fair to families and sustainable for our programs.

A $25 non-refundable materials/administrative fee applies to all cancellations made within 1 month of the start of the program.

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the start of your camp week will receive a refund minus the $25 fee.

Cancellations made 14 days or fewer before the start of your camp week will receive an ArtWaves account credit for the full amount paid, which may be applied to a future program.

Once camp begins, no refunds or credits will be issued for missed days or early withdrawal.

In the event of a medical emergency, prorated credits may be considered.

If ArtWaves cancels a program, participants will receive a full refund, including all fees.
Additional Policies

ArtWaves reserves the right to cancel or modify programs as needed.

ArtWaves reserves the right to dismiss a participant for unsafe or disruptive behavior. No refund or credit will be issued in such cases.
Membership Conduct Policy
ArtWaves is committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants, instructors, staff, and community members. Participation in ArtWaves programs and membership is contingent upon adherence to these standards.
Expectations of Members
All members are expected to:
- Treat others with respect, courtesy, and professionalism
- Follow all program guidelines, staff instructions, and safety protocols
- Refrain from behavior that is disruptive, unsafe, discriminatory, or harassing
- Support an environment that aligns with ArtWaves’ mission and community values
