General Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change and aim to offer a policy that is fair to participants while allowing us to plan effectively, support financial commitments to our instructors and cover the costs of materials purchased. Please note this cancellation policy applies to ArtWaves led programs and not classes or workshops being managed by third parties.

• Attendee cancellations made more than 14 calendar days of an event are fully refundable

• Attendee cancellations made between 3 and 14 calendar days of an event are refundable at 50%

• Attendee cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable.

• ArtWaves reserves the right to cancel programming and will provide full refunds should that occur.

Week Long Children’s Camps

Given the additional staff and amount of material preparation required there is a specific cancellation policy in effect for ArtWaves summer camps. Please note this cancellation policy applies to ArtWaves led programs and not classes or workshops being managed by third parties.

• Cancellations made 30 calendar days prior to the first day of camp receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 30 days are 50% refundable.

• No refunds are provided once the children's camp begins

Member and Visitor Conduct Policy

ArtWaves is committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants, instructors, staff, and community members. Participation in ArtWaves programs and membership is contingent upon adherence to these standards.

All members and visitors are expected to:

• Treat others with respect and courtesy
• Follow all program guidelines, staff instructions, and safety protocols
• Refrain from behavior that is disruptive, unsafe, discriminatory, or harassing
• Support an environment that aligns with ArtWaves’ mission and community values
