rhythmic combinations, and full-body sequences designed to build stamina,

Your Instructor~ Mandy has 20+ years of dance experience and is passionate about sharing the power of movement in physical and mental health. She has classical training in ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary/lyrical, and hip hop.
