Barnacle Special for Mothers Day

 Here is a time to play with the possibilities of felting, beading slow stitching on a variety of fabric, including the felt you made!.  

ArtWaves has a selection of textures: feathers, actual barnacles, beautiful beads and some techniques to explore.  The camaraderie of sharing ideas  makes it a wonderful experience. 

 Once you have a dozen or so barnacles ( caution :it is a tad addictive) see which fabrics and frames enhance them so you end up with your own unique piece they work as wall hangings, earrings and and patches for your favorite clothing!  All materials , tools, and tea included.
