Felted Soap Scrubbies for Valentine's Day!

Make colorful felt around a bar of soap --

Soap felting is a delightful age-old craft that combines the beauty of fleece with the practicality of soap to create colorful and textured bars that make perfect gifts. Feels great to make and to use!

In this 2 hour workshop, participants will learn the techniques of wet felting and needle felting to cover 2 bars of Ivory soap.  If you have any allergies or sensitivities please bring whatever soap bar is best for you. There may be some time to make a couple more scrubbies if you want, so  bring in extra bars of soap! We will be working with water, so be prepared to get your sleeves a little wet.

All materials -- so many colors -- are provided, with step by step instructions, and tasty tea. This is fun for all ages - participants under 10 years old will need an adult companion.
