Into to Latin Moves - Sundays 12:00-1:00pm

Join Mafe on Sundays for a fun and energetic introduction to latin rhythms including: salsa, bachata, and merengue.  

During the class, you will become familiar with the basic steps of each rhythm, show movements, and combinations. This class will cover the basis of each rhythm for solo dancing, not partner combinations. This class is safe and effective for all fitness levels. 

You can pay for all classes at once or pay class by class. 

Mafe grew up in Mexico where she learned how to dance since she was young and taught classes for young and older adults. She has lived on the island for a couple of years and is excited to share with the MDI community.
