Aquene is an MDI native and has been a lifelong dancer and athlete. Her classes are designed to be empowering and transformative for the mind, body, and spirit. She teaches various movement styles including Barre, Buti Yoga, Soul Sculpt, Heels, and Dance Cardio to name a few. Her background is rooted in ballet/pilates techniques, yoga, functional fitness, and strength training.
