Mosaic Mirror with Liz Cutler Sunday, June 4 10:30 to 12:30

Making a stained glass mosaic mirror is an opportunity to create with a unique hands-on medium. It’s like coloring with stained glass!

 Participants will learn how to cut, grind and arrange ArtWaves extensive supply of glass, tiles, natural materials, and colorful pottery bits to create whatever mosaic pattern or image they like surrounding a round or rectangular mirror with a wood backing.

Liz gives step by step instructions, demonstrations, suggestions and guides you to complete your mosaic mirror ready to hang. No prior experience is necessary and ArtWaves provides it all -from aprons to zinc white. Students will leave with the understanding of  studio set-up and techniques to stay on or return for open studio time and other projects.  Ages under 10 need a double digit partner.
