Glass Gem Mosaics with Nancy Katz - June 2022

Each participant will have freedom to create their own designs and patterns on paper that we adhere to the underside of a glass gem. Then those gems can be collected, traded with friends, or arranged into a mosaic on wood, glass, or mirror!  

Friday June 25th, 2022, from 9:30am to 12:00pm

$45 includes materials ($35 for members)

Kids to Adults of all skill levels

Art-phobics welcome!  Think of the possibilities!  Use them to make jewelry, suncatchers, frames, or even a travel game of chess!

Masks, vax'd (over 5), and distancing for staff and participant safety.

About the instructor: Nancy Katz has been playing with art materials for the past 6 decades.  As an artist her work is about bringing color & light into the world. As an educator her goal is to empower others to take risks and to embrace their own creativity. 

Nancy now lives and works in Rhode Island with her husband, Mark Liebowitz— a master stained-glass craftsman. Mark plans to help in setting up and developing ArtWaves’ glass program. Learn more about the pair at www.nancykatzwilmark.com
