Ballet for all Bodies (Teen/Adult) - April 2022

This class consists of a gentle warm up at the ballet barre, followed by larger movement progressions in the center of the floor. We'll explore technical concepts such as turnout, the use of momentum, and anatomical alignment to guide us through traditional ballet exercises.

Mondays from 5:00pm to 6:00pm

April 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th, 2022

$58 for 4 sessions ($48 for members)

Or sign up for 1 or 2 sessions at $15 each.

Teens and Adults of all skill levels

This is a space that is actively built for a diverse collection of bodies. Through our physical practice and discussion of the history and context of ballet, we'll work against the limitations and exclusivity that we have come to associate with this form. Dance experience is welcomed, but not necessary.

Masks, vax'd (over 5), and distancing for staff and participant safety.
