Practical Yoga for the Working Business Professional (Virtual)

Join us as we explore Practical Yoga for the Business Professional. We will discuss common workplace injuries, how to avoid them utilizing skills and lessons from yoga. In addition we will be practicing three 5-Minute Yoga Routines, and three Yogic Breathing (Pranayama) techniques that you can easily do in the office to refocus, as well as to ward off stress and tension in the body and mind. Electronic handouts, and resources will be provided as well as an opportunity to ask questions. No prior experience with yoga is necessary, all are welcome. No special clothing or materials needed.
