  This course is a rigorous, structured class devoted to building familiarity with the human form and improving artistic skills.
  
  Want to challenge your artistic practice and learn with a group of committed students? Artwaves' offering of Rob Pollien’s Figure study course, “Drawing into Painting: The Figure” is for you.
  
  This course is open to experienced artists and those returning after time away and those who feel that their technical skills might benefit from structured study of the human form. We’ll start out drawing the figure and progress into figurative oil painting study.

  Strathmore 300 sereies Canvas Paper pad, 12 x 16”
  Hog Bristle Filberts, #4,6,8
  Palette cup, palette knife, paper towels nitrile gloves
  
  Drawing materials will be supplied
  
  We meet at the ArtWaves Town Hill Art Center Painting Studio
  Located at 1343 State Highway 102 in the Village of Town Hill, Bar Harbor, Maine
  
  $260 for the 8 week session, $250 member price.
