Modern for Young Dancers starting May 21

This class looks to engage young dancers in both modern dance and improvisation. We will begin with structured improvisation as a way to connect with our bodies and explore new movement. Then, drawing on various techniques within modern dance, we will work on alignment, weight, and fluidity in a way that is appropriate for our individual dance spaces at home. In addition to learning technique, this class will help young dancers to remain active and connect with other moving artists. Classes held live via ZOOM. Ages 12+

Suggested donation of $5-10 per class.
