Love/Not Love

A collaboration between Finding Our Voices 

and ArtWaves MDI

 

Finding our Voices and ArtWaves invites MDI/Trenton youth 4 - 21 to submit art and/or poetry in one of the following themes:

Love, not Love, or Love/not Love. 

 

ALL MEDIA WELCOME!DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION IS APRIL 24, 2023

All work will be featured in an exhibit at ArtWaves in 2023. 

The Deadline is April 24,2023!

Selected work will be further exhibited  in a statewide Finding Our Voices exhibit in 2024.

Please drop off your submissions Saturday to Monday  April 22, 23  and 24 from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at ArtWaves office, 1349 State Highway 102 in village of Town Hill, Bar Harbor.

Please include your name and phone number and email address, written clearly and in a way that it will remain with the piece. This information should be on the back of the piece and not the front, maximum of 30" wide.

We will notify you of a pick-up date. Thank you!

Registration Information

All work will be featured in an exhibit at ArtWaves in June 2023. Selected work will be further exhibited across MDI in 2023 and in a statewide Finding Our Voices exhibit in the fall of 2024.

Liz Cutler, Founder of ArtWaves, will also be hosting a free collage mixed media workshop at ArtWaves for those interested exploring love not love and are welcome submit their piece to the Love/Not Love Exhibit(s)!
